Professor Robert Pushaw Presents "The Original Understanding of Strict Products Liability" -- Yale Law School

Professor Robert J. Pushaw presented his research paper, The Original Understanding of Strict Products Liability, at the symposium "Law and Markets: A Conference on Themes in the Work of George L. Priest," held at Yale Law School on September 6. Professor Priest is a renowned law and economics scholar in the fields of torts and antitrust law.  Professor Pushaw served on a panel with Albert Choi, John Donahue, Abbe Gluck, and Giulio Ponzanelli.
