Professor Michael Helfand, Testimony and Legal Representation in Beth Din

February 21, 2019 | Professor Michael A. Helfand presented "Testimony in Beth Din" at Young Israel of Lawrence-Cedarhurst on February 17, and "Legal Representation in Beth Din" at Congregation Keter Torah on February 18. The program, titled "Issues in Contemporary Beth Din Practice," was presented by the Beth Din of America, Center for the Jewish Future at Yeshiva University, Rabbinical Council of America and Orthodox Union. The Beth Din of America is one of the leading Jewish religious courts in North America.
