Professor Michael A. Helfand presented "Emerging Issues at the Interface of Religion and State" at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law's Caroline Zelasnik and Joseph S. Gruss Workshop in Talmudic Law.  The workshop, titled "Celebrating the Publication of the Oxford Handbook of Jewish Law," was held on April 19-20.
