Professor Helen Winter presented "Proven Strategies to Reduce Unconscious Bias" for the Law School of the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia on June 20. In her webinar, professor Winter offered a navigational "user's guide" through peer-reviewed social psychology research on strategies for bias reduction based on her and David Hoffman's article "Follow the Science: Proven Strategies for Reducing Unconscious Bias" published in the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.

Professor Winter also shared insights about working with her charitable organization R3solute and cross-cultural dispute resolution. The participants asked engaging questions on unconscious biases in negotiation and mediation.
