Professor Colleen Graffy Presents "An Integrated Approach to U.S. Government Communications" -- NATO Conference

Professor Colleen P. Graffy presented "An Integrated Approach to U.S. Government Communications" at a NATO Conference on the same subject held at Palais d'Egmont in Brussels, Belgium, on January 23. Professor Graffy spoke in her capacity as former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy for Europe and Eurasia. She was the first high level diplomat on Twitter and created innovative solutions for integrated communications for the U.S. Government including establishing a Media Hub in Brussels and training on visual communications.
