Professor Colleen Graffy Discusses US State Department Visits to Ukraine on BBC World Service Radio
Professor Colleen P. Graffy discussed her US State Department visits to the Donbas region of Ukraine on BBC World Service Radio. Professor Graffy was a featured guest on the BBC program "Weekend," on a segment titled "Ukraine counter-offensive won't change Russia's plans -- Putin." The two-hour radio program is also broadcast on NPR. Professor Graffy also commented on being the first diplomat to use Twitter, teaching international law at Pepperdine Caruso Law, and other recent headline news. Professor Graffy served in the second Bush Administration as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy for Europe and Eurasia at the US State Department.
