Professor Chris Goodman Presents "Introducing Intersectionality" -- Straus Institute Women's Negotiation Academy

Professor Chris Chambers Goodman presented "Introducing Intersectionality" for the Women's Negotiation Academy held by the Pepperdine Caruso Law Straus Institute on February 24-25. Professor Goodman discussed the concept of intersectionality and its impacts for negotiations conducted by women. She served as a presenter as well as a coach for the negotiation workshop.

The Women’s Negotiation Academy is a two-day training that equips women with practical tools and research-based strategies to negotiate with clarity, confidence, and effectiveness. The program is grounded in the latest negotiation research and taught through the lens of gender.
