The Portland, Oregon Lawyer’s Chapter is honored to welcome Professor Barry P. McDonald of Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law, for a timely and thought-provoking lecture:

“Trump, the Rule of Law, and the Constitution.”  Professor McDonald will explore the constitutional and legal implications surrounding former President Donald Trump, examining how the rule of law has been tested and interpreted in recent years. His insights will draw on decades of scholarship and practical experience at the highest levels of the legal system.
