Pepperdine Caruso Law Congratulates Mikaela Foster, Olivia Davis, Michael Boelter, Tess Schiesl, and Ariel Latzer

Mikaela Foster, Olivia Davis, Michael Boelter, Tess Schiesl, Ariel Latzer with jobs bell

Pepperdine Caruso Law is pleased to congratulate Mikaela Foster, Olivia Davis, Michael Boelter, Tess Schiesl, and Ariel Latzer for post-graduate employment success!

Mikaela Foster will be an associate at Clarkson Law Firm in Malibu, which is a public interest, consumer protection litigation firm. She will be working primarily on matters of false advertising and deceptive business practices as well as case origination and pre-litigation resolution. Mikaela has an undergraduate degree in advertising, so she is excited to join her interest in advertising and marketing with the law. She first heard of the firm through Caruso Law alumna Katelyn Leeviraphan ('22), a first-year associate at the firm, who encouraged Mikaela to apply in the fall of '21 as a law clerk. Mikaela started working as a clerk, stayed on as a summer associate in '22, and then accepted a full-time return offer at the end of the summer program.

Olivia Davis will be working as an associate at the Clarkson Law Firm. She initially started working for Clarkson the summer after her first law year as a law clerk. She applied to the position through the Career Development Office's Spring On-Campus Interview Program (they did collect resumes)! Olivia continued to work at the firm throughout law school. She accepted a post-bar offer at the end of the summer associate program following her second law year.

Michael Boelter will be an associate attorney at the Clarkson Law Firm, a consumer protection plaintiff's firm. He will be working on a team that handles various class action cases regarding false advertising and consumer fraud related claims. Michael first found Clarkson before his first year summer through the Career Development Office's On-Campus Interview Program. He worked there during his first year summer as a law clerk, and was extended an offer to be a summer associate the following summer, which he accepted. Following his second year summer, Michael was offered the post-graduate position, which he also accepted.

Tess Schiesl will be working as a post-bar law clerk and then as an associate attorney following the bar exam at results Hanna Brophy McAleer & Jensen, LLP. She will be located in the firm's downtown Los Angeles office. Tess found the position through the Career Development Office's Fall Interview Program

Ariel Latzer will be working at Keystone Law Group, P.C. as a post-bar law clerk, transitioning into an associate attorney upon passing the bar exam. She worked at the firm the summer between her second and third years. Ariel acquired the position through the Career Development Office's Fall Interview Program.

Congratulations to Mikaela, Olivia, Michael, Tess, and Ariel for their well-deserved positions!
