February 19, 2018 | Pepperdine Law alumnus Michael Marlatt (JD '84) has been nominated as a California American Board of Trial Advocates (CAL-ABOTA) 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year. CAL-ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year candidates are nominated based on excellence in advocacy, a distinguished career, and a reputation for civility, ethics, and fair play. Marlatt was nominated on behalf of the San Bernardino/Riverside Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
