Dispute Resolution Law Journal to Host Annual Symposium on March 2-3
The Pepperdine Caruso Law Dispute Resolution Law Journal will host its annual symposium in collaboration with the Straus Institute on March 2-3. The symposium, titled "Cross-Cultural Border Conflicts: Identifying Parameters, Transforming Perceptions and Methodologies," will explore a variety of cutting-edge solutions to the Xinjiang issue, the Cyprus conundrum, and global immigration challenges.
Distinguished speakers include professionals from Harvard Law School, Harvard Medical School, George Washington University, the University of Southern California, Liberty University, Pepperdine University, the American Arbitration Association, JAMS; elite private sector organizations like the San Diego-based High Conflict Institute; and renowned law firms including Sheppard Mullin and White & Case.
