Derek Muller, Victoria Schwartz, and David Han Promoted to Professors of Law

March 19, 2019 | Pepperdine Law Associate Professors Derek Muller, Victoria L. Schwartz, and David S. Han have been promoted to Professors of Law, effective at the start of the 2019-20 academic year, as approved by Pepperdine University Provost Rick R. Marrs. Derek Muller specializes in election law. Victoria Schwartz specializes in privacy law and serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.  David Han focuses on First Amendment and tort law, and serves as the Straus Research Professor. Pepperdine Law congratulates Professors Han, Muller, and Schwartz.
