Brian Howaniec (JD '15) Promoted to Shareholder at Maynard Nexsen PC

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Brian Howaniec (JD '15) has been promoted to shareholder at Maynard Nexsen PC. Prior to joining Maynard, Howaniec was an associate in the London and Washington, DC offices of Latham & Watkins. He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Caruso Law, where he served as a lead article editor for the Pepperdine Law Review.

Howaniec is a member of Maynard’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Commercial Finance practice groups and is based in Atlanta.  He counsels a wide variety of companies, including public and private operating companies, private equity, family offices, and other investors, on a broad range of corporate and financing matters.
