Professor Saxer and Rachel Enders were honored as Hagman Scholars, and Allison Hill was honored as a Freilich Scholar. The conference was an update for legal practitioners who specialize in land use law as well as non-legal field professionals such as city planners and city planning commission members. The information presented included new laws and new court decisions relevant to land use law. Kate Gordon, Director of the Governor's Office of Planning and Research, was the keynote speaker.
