Trial Advocacy Team Takes First Place at All Star Bracket Challenge

Over the weekend, the Pepperdine Caruso Law Trial Team claimed a victory in the 2020 All Star Bracket Challenge hosted by Berkeley, UCLA, and San Diego Law.  This trial advocacy competition featured an NCAA-style bracket. Sixty-four teams from across the country were placed into four regional brackets to compete online – East, South, Midwest, and West. Caruso Law's very own Stolle Voigt, Joshua Upham, Rebecca Voth, Andreas Moghimi, and Karl Kleppe took first place for the West Coast Region.

Joshua Upham won a personal award for outstanding advocate during his rounds. The entire team will advance to the National Sweet-Sixteen finals taking place this upcoming weekend (October 22-24). Thank you to our outstanding advocates and coaches for representing Caruso Law so well!
