Tara LaClair (JD '99) Joins Steptoe and Johnson PLLC in Oklahoma City

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumna Tara LaClair (JD ‘99) has joined Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s litigation department as a member. LaClair practices from the firm's Oklahoma City office.

LaClair focuses her practice on financial services litigation and securities arbitration. Her experience includes national representation of financial institutions, brokerage firms, registered investment advisors, securities agents and individuals in customer and employment disputes, regulatory matters, and general litigation. Her experience also includes conducting internal investigations and handling regulatory proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and state regulatory agencies. She also represents international entities, health care professionals, and church organizations in administrative forums and general business litigation matters.
