Tami Lum Barnett (JD '02) and Karissa Hurst Freano (JD '13) establish Pacific Coast Adoption Attorneys

May 9, 2017 | By Kylie Larkin -- Pepperdine Law alumnae Tami Lum Barnett (JD '02) and Karissa Hurst Freano (JD '13) have established a new firm, Pacific Coast Adoption Attorneys.  The firm is located in Westlake Village, California.

Our mission is to help families navigate the often complex adoption and family formation process in the most cost effective manner possible. We founded this firm because of our mutual desire to serve children, women, and families in Southern California facing unplanned pregnancies, difficult family formation issues, and the often arduous adoption process.

In addition to her role at PCAA, Tami also founded a nonprofit, RaisingHOPE, Inc., that provides advocacy, awareness, funding, and support for children and families in the child welfare system.
