Stephen J. Schanz Scholarship | Due February 27

The Office of Financial Assistance is pleased to announce the newly available Stephen J. Schanz Scholarship. This award is dedicated to supporting Caruso Law JD students who manage disabilities while attending law school.

Applicants must submit a personal letter (1-2 pages, double-spaced) explaining how their disability has specifically impacted their law school journey. This essay is the main part of the application and should describe the challenges, perspectives, and unique experiences related to their disability in pursuing their legal education

Application Deadline is February 27, 2026
