Startup Law Clinic Applications Open | Due April 24

Applications are now open for 2L and 3L students to apply for the Startup Law Clinic and are due by April 24. The Startup Law Clinic gives students an opportunity to work with actual founders and startups, primarily in the tech sector, providing legal advice on corporate formation, securities law compliance, founders’ stock, and early-stage financing.
