Startup Law Clinic Spring 2026 Applications | Due November 21

Applications are now open for the Startup Law Clinic and are due by November 21. The Startup Law Clinic gives students an opportunity to work with actual founders and startups, primarily in the tech sector, providing legal advice on corporate formation, securities law compliance, founders’ stock, and early-stage financing.
