Fall 2025 Startup Law Clinic Applications Open | Due April 25

Applications are now open for the Startup Law Clinic and are due by April 25. The Startup Law Clinic gives students an opportunity to work with actual founders and startups, primarily in the tech sector, providing legal advice on corporate formation, securities law compliance, founders’ stock, and early-stage financing.
