Excerpt from 2022 National Law Journal Plaintiffs’ Lawyer Trailblazers:

What was the genesis of the idea/path that has made you a trailblazer?

It was through my pro bono work helping children that I learned how widespread child sexual abuse is. In 2019, with the passing of California Assembly Bill 218 (allowing a 3-year window to file previously time-barred claims) I began representing many survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I vowed to myself to use my platform and experience as a trial lawyer to bring about justice for as many survivors as possible and to inspire institutional change to protect children.
