Maureen Weston Serves as Delegate to the Sport at the Service of Humanity Regional Conference

July 9, 2018 | Professor Maureen Weston recently served as a delegate to the Sport at the Service of Humanity Second Regional Conference at Loyola Marymount University. The conference, co-sponsored with LA84 Foundation and the West Coast Conference, included leaders in youth sports, college athletics, and ministry. The conference aimed to rekindle the vision set for at the Vatican's First Global Conference on Faith & Sport in 2016 and explored how sports and faith can coalesce their influence to serve society.
