Sarah Stern (JD '15) and John Irwin (JD '23) Honored as Preceptors of the Year 2024-25

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumni Sarah Stern (JD '15) and John Irwin (JD '23) won the annual Parris Institute for Professional Excellence Preceptors of the Year Award for 2024-25. Stern and Irwin were nominated by their preceptees. The award ceremony was held in the Caruso Law atrium on April 3.

Stern is the vice president of business affairs at Searchlight Television. Stern was commended for helping her preceptee with her approach to law school and her professional aspirations. 

Irwin is a prosecutor at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Irwin was commended for being an invaluable member of the community and resource to his preceptees and other students.
