Sabrina Ashjian (JD '07) Joins Central California Legal Services Board of Directors

March 21, 2018 | Pepperdine Law alumna Sabrina Ashjian (JD '07) has joined the Central California Legal Services (CCLS) Board of Directors  in Fresno County. Ashjian is a Deputy District Attorney and works in the Consumer Fraud and Environmental Protection Unit at the Fresno County District Attorney's Office.

From the Fresno County Bar Association Bar Bulletin:


"As a prosecutor, Sabrina has been working across our region to protect low income consumers from fraud, and from unlawful practices that create environmental hazards. She has also partnered with CCLS advocates to educate our client communities. We are thrilled to have her join us officially as a member of our Board of Directors," states Patience Milrod, CCLS Executive Director.

Sabrina is admitted to practice law in California, New York and in the United States Supreme Court. In addition to recently joining the CCLS Board, she also serves on the boards of the National Women's Political Caucus (NWPC), California Women Lawyers (CWL), Fresno County Bar Association (FCBA), and Fresno County Women Lawyers (FCWL) and is a member of Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of our Community (PINC).

She was recently awarded with the "Prosecutor of the Year" award from the California Department of Fish & Wildlife for her environmental work. Sabrina attended George Washington University for her undergraduate degree where she graduated cum laude. She then received an MA from USC's Annenberg School for Journalism and a JD/MBA from Pepperdine University.
