Rick Cupp Presents "Edgy Animal Welfare" -- University of Denver Law

February 12, 2018 | Professor Richard L. Cupp presented "Edgy Animal Welfare" at the University of Denver Law Review's symposium, "Uproar, the Intersection of Animals and the Law," held on February 9 at the Sturm College of Law. The symposium explored the relationship between animals and the law, such as ag-gag legislation and litigation, and issues arising under the religion clauses. Professor Cupp will publish an essay in the Denver Law Review related to his presentation.
