Restoration and Justice Clinic Files Juvenile Vacatur Petition

Pepperdine Caruso Law Restoration and Justice Clinic students, Carson Krecow and Christine Taghizadeh, filed the clinic's first juvenile vacatur petition in the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse in Long Beach on behalf of their client. The client was a victim of human trafficking and suffered years of abuse at the hands of her traffickers.

Clearing their client's criminal record that was a direct result of her trafficking is a step towards helping her move forward with her life.
