Jeff Baker and Tanya Cooper receive Pepperdine Cross-School Collaborative Research Program grants
June 28, 2016 -- Pepperdine Law professors Jeffrey R. Baker and Tanya Asim Cooper have received separate $40,000 grants from the Pepperdine Cross-School Collaborative Research Program, which is funded by Pepperdine University Provost Rick Marrs. The program is a new initiative that supports inter-school research collaborations.
Professor Baker and his collaborators, Doreen Shanahan, Stephen M. Rapier, and Nancy Ellen Dodd, of the Graziadio School of Business and Management, received a $40,000 grant to support their project, Case Studies in Ethical Dilemmas.
Professor Cooper and her collaborator, Dr. Roslyn M. Satchel of Seaver College, received a $40,000 grant to support their project, Domestic Violence in the Christian Church: Current Trends & Effective Resources.
