Professor Victoria Schwartz Presents "Saving the Video Privacy Protection Act" -- University of Baltimore

Professor Victoria L. Schwartz presented "Saving the Video Privacy Protection Act" as the inaugural speaker for the University of Baltimore's Center for the Law of Intellectual Property and Technology on October 13. Professor Schwartz's presentation was based on her forthcoming law review article of the same title, and on the Supreme Court oral argument in Salazar v. Paramount Global, over whether the Video Privacy Protection Act applies to any consumer of the products sold by a company that provides videos.
