Professor Tom Stipanowich Presents "Multi-tiered and Mixed Mode Processes for Commercial Dispute Resolution" -- Singapore International Commercial Court

Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich, William Webster Chair in Dispute Resolution, spoke at a conference on international commercial disputes hosted by the Singapore International Commercial Court on January 9-10, 2023. The proceedings were chaired by Singapore Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon. More than fifty supreme court justices from Singapore and other countries were present.

Professor Stipanowich, who initiated the second day of the conference, spoke on the use of multi-tiered and mixed mode processes for resolution of commercial disputes.
