Professor Thomas Stipanowich Presents Global Faculty Lecture at Peking University Law School

On November 12, Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich gave a lecture as part of Peking University Law School's Fall 2020 Lecture Series highlighting its global faculty. Professor Stipanowich has served on PKU's Distinguished Global Faculty over a number of years and his research and scholarship on mixed-mode dispute resolution has been of great interest to PKU faculty and students.

Professor Stipanowich discussed the dual Arbitration-Mediation and Mediation-Arbitration pathways that he is well-known for in his scholarship, as well as how arbitrators can facilitate settlement in international commercial disputes. The program was well attended and appreciated by University administrators.
