Professor Tanya Cooper's Chapter on Racial Justice Featured in The Guardian Law Journal
Professor Tanya Asim Cooper's book chapter, Racial Justice, is featured in The Guardian, the quarterly law journal published by the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC). Professor Cooper's chapter was recently published in the NACC's fourth edition of Child Welfare Law and Practice: Representing Children, Parents, and Agencies in Neglect, Abuse, and Dependency Cases (“the Red Book”). Professor Cooper is a certified child welfare law specialist. Her research focuses on racial disparities in child protection and family regulation.
