Professor Sukhsimranjit Presents at Stanford Law School Racial Justice and Equity Symposium
Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh presented his work at Stanford Law School’s Rethinking Systems Design for Racial Justice and Equity, a symposium held by its Gould Center for Conflict Resolution. The event took place on February 25 and featured distinguished practitioners and faculty members from across the country.
Dr. Singh presented on a panel titled, “Framing Reconciliation, Reparations, and Racial Justice in California and Beyond.” The session included several academics responding to a prior panel of practitioners and discussing scholarly research on reparations and racial justice initiatives across the United States. Dr. Singh discussed his work on access to justice as well as his groundbreaking work of training LAPD personnel on conflict resolution strategies.
Symposium contributions will be subsequently published in a double symposium issue of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.
