Professor Sukhsimanjit Singh Joins JAMS Panel in Century City

Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh, Ph.D., joined the panel at JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide.  Based in the Century City Resolution Center, Professor Singh will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral evaluator, handling complex public policy conflicts, business and commercial, employment, family law, higher education and Title IX, personal injury and torts, and real estate and real property disputes. 

Chris Poole, who serves as CEO of JAMS stated, “Dr. Singh is highly skilled and recognized for his contributions to the ADR industry and for his ability to resolve even the most complex matters. With his extensive experience in international mediation and his deep knowledge of the law, we are confident that he will make an excellent addition to our panel.” 

Professor Singh has successfully resolved hundreds of domestic, international and cross-border mediations. He practices in a wide variety of areas and has successfully mediated large, complex cases, including one valued at over $100 million. He states, “Throughout my career, I have learned the most effective approach to mediation is built on respect and empathy. Crafting creative solutions and helping parties reach resolution is something that I am incredibly passionate about and am looking forward to embarking on this new chapter at JAMS.”
