Professor Stipanowich Delivers Luncheon Keynote at Annual USC ADR Symposium

March 9, 2017 -- Professor Tom Stipanowich will be giving the luncheon keynote address for the USC Gould School of Law Second Annual ADR Symposium, "Current Issues in International Arbitration," on Friday, March 17, 2017.  Professor Stipanowich's address is entitled, "International Use of Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution Processes."  Stipanowich is currently spearheading an international task force focused on the interplay between mediation, evaluation and arbitration.
