Professor Singh Teaches in India

Professor Singh taught a four-day workshop for Rajiv Gandhi National Law University at Patiala, Punjab. The program was sponsored by the Government of India. The workshop was attended by law faculty from three law universities, lawyers, and law students from seven Indian States.
