Professor Shelley Saxer Presents "Resilient Foresight: Contemporary Solutions for Future Issues" -- University of Georgia School of Law

Professor Shelley Ross Saxer participated on the panel "Resilient Foresight: Contemporary Solutions for Future Issues" at the University of Georgia School of Law's Georgia Law Review Symposium on March 22. The symposium, titled "Evolving Landscapes: American Land Use Law & Resiliency," focused emerging trends in land use law related to resilient planning. Professor Saxer presented her forthcoming article, "Building Climate Resilience with Local Tools," Georgia Law Review, Vol. 58, 2024.
