Professor Maureen Weston Presents "A Revolution in College Sports" -- University of Oklahoma College of Law
Professor Maureen A. Weston presented her work on developments in college athlete endorsements and collectives, and spoke on "A Revolution in College Sports: The Untethering of NCAA Amateurism Rules and the Student-Athlete NIL Influencer," at the University of Oklahoma College of Law on November 13. Professor Weston started her teaching career at the University of Oklahoma College of Law prior to coming to Pepperdine Caruso Law in 2001. Ms. Weston taught at the University of Oklahoma College of Law from 1995 until 2001. She is now a professor at Pepperdine University. She is co-author of Sports Law: Cases & Materials (Lexis), and contributing author to Handbook on Sports Law (Oxford University Press).
