Professor Maureen Weston Presents "Resolving Olympic and International Sport Disputes" -- Marquette University School of Law

Professor Maureen A. Weston presented "Resolving Olympic and International Sport Disputes" for the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University School of Law. Professor Weston participated in a panel discussion with Michael Lenard OLY, vice president of the Swiss-based International Council of Arbitration/Court of Arbitration for Sport; Matthieu Reeb, director general of the Court of Arbitration for Sport; and moderated by professor Matt Mitten. The panel took place at Marquette Law School's National Sports Law Institute Annual Conference in Milwaukee on October 17.

Professor Weston presented the process for sports arbitration for US Olympic athletes, and the panel included discussion focused on the workings of the Court of Arbitration for Sport a resolving sports disputes at the Olympic Games.
