Professor Maureen Arellano Weston presented "Lawyering and Representing Organizational Clients in a Public Health Crisis: An Ethics and Sports Industry Focus," during the 2020 Clarke Prize in Legal Ethics (virtual) Conference at Gonzaga School of Law. The conference, titled "Ethics, Compliance, and Risk in Business" included a keynote address by Professor Deborah Rhode (Stanford Law), along with presentations by Professors Weston, Bradley Wendel (Cornell), and Ben Cooper (Mississippi). Following the presentations, the panelists joined for a question and answer session with moderator Professor Brooks Holland, Curran Chair in Legal Ethics at Gonzaga School of Law. The virtual conference took place on April 16.
