Professor Maureen Weston Participates in NCAA 2025 Annual Convention
Professor Maureen A. Weston, who serves on the NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions, participated in meetings at the NCAA 2025 Annual Convention. Discussions focused on the potential settlement of major antitrust litigation and significant changes in college sports, including revenue sharing and paying players, name/image/likeness, conference realignment and autonomy, and dispute resolution. Also discussed was Title IX compliance concerns with the proposed new model.
The convention was held on January 14-17 in Nashville, Tennessee.
