Professor Maureen A. Weston contributed sports law commentary to the LawInSport article, "Sports Law In 2024 – Key Issues To Watch In North America," along with co-editorial board members from around the world. Commenting on top sports law developments in the US, Professor Weston wrote on whether “student-athletes” be adjudged as “employees” under federal law.
