Professor Mark Kubisch Presents "Constitutional Regulation of Foreign Corporate Speech" -- AALS 2025 Annual Meeting

Professor Mark Kubisch presented "Constitutional Regulation of Foreign Corporate Speech" at the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) 2025 Annual Meeting. Professor Kubisch's presentation was part of a faculty works-in-progress panel.

The annual meeting, titled "Courage in Action," took place in San Francisco on January 7-11.
