Professor Mark Kubisch Participates in Economics Institute for Law Professors

Professor Mark Kubisch recently took part in the Economics Institute for Law Professors, a two-week academic program held in Park City, Utah. Hosted by the Law and Economics Center at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, the program brought together legal scholars from around the country to explore foundational and emerging issues at the intersection of law and economics.

The program offered in-depth sessions organized by leading scholars who provided rigorous training in economic theory and its application to legal issues. Professor Kubisch joined a national cohort of legal scholars working to deepen their understanding of economic methodologies and their application to contemporary legal issues.
