Professor Joel S. Johnson presented "The Clemency Court" at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law as part of CrimFest 2025, an annual conference for hundreds of criminal law and procedure scholars.

The article Professor Johnson presented explores trends on the Supreme Court's criminal docket over the past five terms. Judge Stephanos Bibas (3d Cir.) served as the moderator for Professor Johnson's panel.

The conference took place in Philadelphia on July 14-15.
