Professor Joel Johnson Moderates Supreme Court Live Blog Coverage of United States v. Hemani

Professor Joel S. Johnson served as a special guest moderator during SCOTUSblog's live coverage of oral argument in United States v. Hemani on March 2.  Hemani is a prominent Supreme Court case involving a Second Amendment challenge to a federal statute that criminally prohibits any "unlawful user" of controlled substances from possessing firearms.
