Professor Joel Johnson Serves as Moderator for Supreme Court Blog Coverage of United States v. Hemani | Monday, March 2, 7 AM PT

Professor Joel Johnson will serve as a special guest moderator during SCOTUSblog's live blog coverage of oral argument in United States v. Hemani, a prominent Supreme Court case involving a Second Amendment challenge to a federal statute that criminally prohibits any "unlawful user" of controlled substances from possessing firearms.
