Professor Jennifer Koh Presents "Incapacitating the Immigration Courts" -- SMU Dedman School of Law

Professor Jennifer Lee Koh presented "Incapacitating the Immigration Courts" at SMU Dedman School of Law on October 24. Professor Koh was an invited speaker for the SMU Law Review 2025 Symposium, titled "Immigration and the Constitution: Evolving Doctrines and Emerging Conflicts. " Her presentation was on a panel on discretion and due process in removal proceedings. The presentation was based on essay that will be published in the SMU Law Review in 2026.
