Professor Jennifer Koh Presents "Forum Shopping in the Federal Courts" -- AALS 2025 Annual Meeting

Professor Jennifer Lee Koh presented "Forum Shopping in the Federal Courts" at the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) 2025 Annual Meeting. Professor Koh moderated the panel that featured professors Stephen Vladeck of Georgetown University Law, Scott Dodson of UC Law San Francisco, and Alexander Gouzoules of University of Missouri Law. The panel was hosted by the AALS Litigation Section. Professor Koh recently completed a term as chair of the AALS Litigation Section.

The annual meeting, titled "Courage in Action," took place in San Francisco on January 7-11.
