Professor Jacob Charles Files Amicus Brief in Supreme Court Case United States v. Hemani

Professor Jacob D. Charles has filed an amicus brief with several other Second Amendment experts in the Supreme Court case United States v. Hemani. The pending case involves a challenge to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3), the federal provision that prohibits firearm possession by anyone who is “an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.”
